Former Jordanian Minister of Environment, Hazem is active in the fields of preservation of archeological heritage, environment, charitable and educational institutions.
Hazem holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin (1982). He is a former Jordanian Minister of Environment and the founder and former CEO of Optimiza. He held leadership roles at companies like Aramex and currently chairs the board of Karma Investments. Active in education and heritage preservation in Jordan, he founded the Al-Himma organization.
