Ayah is a geologist, but her career focuses on data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and participatory heritage management.
Ayah Twaisi is a geologist specialized in environmental and applied geology, with a BSc from the University of Jordan (2020). She is currently pursuing a master's in Business Informatics at the same university. Ayah started her career as a research assistant and joined SELA in 2021, progressing from Project Manager to Senior MEAL Officer. Her work focuses on heritage protection, technical and administrative support, community engagement, and social impact evaluation of heritage initiatives.
